Which sessions do you want to participate in? (check all that apply)

We recommend that you stay for both sessions, so as to have the most intense film collaborations possible, but you are, of course, free to choose to participate in only one session. The fee for session 1 is 25€ (workshop day included), session 2 will be 20€, or 45€ altogether. Included in the fee are breakfast and dinner, a working place, rental equipment, free entry to the screenings, and endless fun. If the price is too high for you, but you would like to participate, please contact us. Those of you who have participated in Kino Datsche before may be wondering about the 10€ price increase this year. Our amazing chef, Viktor, who has been preparing the nicest vegan meals for our Kino Kabaret every year, suggested that we include the price of these meals into the costs of registration, so as to not need to worry about making a fuss over donations every day!

What is your talent? What have you always wanted to try out? Choose as many as you'd like!

This year we will, again, organise short workshops between the sessions. Would you like to offer a workshop for 2-4 hours? (i.e. Acting, Directing, Script doctoring)

What Equipment you can bring along?

Camera, Laptop, Tripod, Sound gear, Car, crazy costumes etc. At a Kinokabaret sharing is caring, so bring all you can carry! Please make sure you have an insurance for your equipment, as we are not responsible for providing compensation, should anything happen to it. Please also note that we rent sound gear, tripods and some lights, but only if you have a third-party-insurance which covers costs, in the event of damage.

In the past, we have been glad to be able to arrange accomodation in Leipzig for participants coming from out-of-town. Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic, this year we are sadly unable to offer you private sleeping places. If you would still like to participate in this year's Kabaret, we would ecourage you to seek out private accomodation on your own, or to look into a hostel or Air BnB in the area. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Are you willing to help us with small tasks during the Kabaret?

We do the best we can to offer you facilities for film making and creative exchange - in a huge group like this it supports the whole event if everyone feels responsible for each other and the spaces we occupy. Are you willing to help the organization team with small tasks during the Workshop, i.e. cleaning the lab, cleaning the bathroom, preparing breakfast etc.?

Anything else you would like to let us know? (ie. food allergies)
